About the apartment:
When you enter the apartment, you will firstly arrive in the living area which is spatially connected to the kitchen and dining area. On the right side you will find the seating area, consisting of a couch, which can also be converted into a double bed, a TV, and a dining table.
In addition, the apartment has its own washing machine/dryer combi and kitchen area , which is equipped with all the necessary kitchen and tableware and other facilities that are needed for daily cooking.

About room 1:
The room has a large window which allows direct sunlight into this room, making it a very light and enjoyable place. This accommodation comes with high-quality equipment that is needed to study and relax, including a double premium quality box-spring, a desk, a desk chair and a large wardrobe. Lastly the room is connected to the big balcony which gives you entrance to the outside area.

About room 2:
The second room also has large windows and comes with high-quality equipment that is needed to study and relax, including a single premium quality box-spring and storage place for your clothes. In addition the rooms have beautiful views of the area outside making it enjoyable to gaze upon.

We provide you with all the facilities necessary, from towels and bedding to the entire kitchen equipment, so that you are able to directly move into your home, without bringing anything other than your clothing and toothbrush!

Location:
The apartment is located within walking distance of the center of Rotterdam and central station. Public transportation stops right in front of the house and different shops are conveniently located close by within 5 min walking distance. In addition, the local shop/drug stores, restaurants and supermarkets are located around the apartment area making it easier for you to go outside and explore the area.

Shared responsibility:
We have shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean apartment with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care.

Finance:
The monthly rental price is €1250 including the furniture cost and internet. Please be aware that we do not provide the utility services for gas, water, and electricity therefore you are expected to apply for the utility services yourself for this apartment.
The payment that is labeled as the ‘First month's rent’ will be regarded as the rental payment for your first full month of stay, as this amount is based on the duration of stay of one full per calendar month.
Check-in/out date: as stated in the tenancy agreement, the rental period officially starts on the 1st day of the month or halfway through the month. This means that if you, for example, if you wish to book accommodation from February 3rd onwards, your tenancy agreement will officially start on February 1st.

After the booking, an additional payment request will be sent for the one-time administration fee of 299 euros.

DISCOUNT OFFER: If you are staying for five months or more and are planning to pay everything upfront, then you will receive a discount on your rent; a 3% discount for 6 months and a 5% discount for 1 year! The offer is valid at a minimum of 5 months. Please inform us if you are interested in this offer and let us know the number of months you are paying in advance, as this will save you hundreds of euros! Also, you do not have to pay the full amount until you have received your house keys.

Please keep in mind that all check-in appointments shall be carried out only on Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 9 PM local time, based on availability; it is not normally possible to check-in on Sundays or generally recognized Dutch holidays. In case you have booked an accommodation that officially starts today or tomorrow, always contact us directly by phone after your booking has been secured since we cannot guarantee a check-in within 48 hours of booking, as this depends on both your response time and our availability.
